Nicole Williams is determined to figure out how to Channel her magical abilities properly. In order to do so, she must travel to Moses Lake, WA, to work under the tutelage of Albert, an elderly man who owns a creepy manor and a cello that actually works for her.
While visiting Albert, Nicole learns that a meteor has struck somewhere on his property, spreading a poison that infects the minds of anyone nearby, especially the family that lives closest to it.
Hoping for answers, Nicole decides to read the possessed leather book that has called to her for several months. Through reading, she discovers that the meteor is not as random as once thought, and that her purpose for being at Moses Lake is much higher than just learning to Channel with the proper cello.
Will Nicole be able to help the family and successfully complete the mission set out for her in the journal? Or will the poison destroy them all, including Nicole and her friends?

About the Author
Andrea, a Brigham Young University graduate, is an avid reader and outdoor enthusiast (hiking, fishing, boating, biking, spending time in the Rocky Mountains, and taking walks). She spent a year and a half serving the Spanish speaking community in Toronto, Canada, and is fluent in 2 ½ languages. She plays several instruments, not including the banjo, and loves putting together musical arrangements. Her favorite sports are basketball and football, though several knee surgeries and incurably awful coordination prevent her from playing them. Andrea is always in the mood for a good movie with close friends and family (especially her husband and mom), with a large glass of milk and a bowl of overly buttered popcorn nearby. She also enjoys oil painting, making earrings, squeezing every bit of oxygen out of Ziploc bags, and she hopes to someday travel to Italy and Alaska. Andrea has published three books.

Another fun read in the Mosaic Chronicles series. Lots of action, great character development. This series has a unique story line and I can't wait to read the next one!
I have enjoyed reading this book, has a great storyline. Received FREE for an honest review.
I just finished reading Book 3 Perceive of the Katon University Series. I really had fun reading it. I enjoyed it because there is action and romance and magic but it is clean enough for my children to read as well! I am grateful for authors like Andrea Pearson who write exciting fun stories for all ages. I am looking forward to reading Book 4! :)
If you like fantasy and magic, you will like this book. Conceal is a spin-off from the author's Katon University series and is the first book in the Mosaic series. While it helps if you have read the Katon University books, so you are familiar with characters and the setting, you can read this book without having read those. This book ends in a cliffhanger. The Mosaic series will consist of four books. Nicole Williams (Katon University series) and Jacob Clark(new character) team up with some of their friends to stop an ancient enemy. Jacob and Professor Coolidge thought this enemy, Keitus, was dead. They race Keitus to find an ancient talisman capable of destroying worlds. Will they be able to find and get to the talisman first? And if they do, what about the talismans that Keitus already possesses? As with the Katon University books, the ability to control the elements is key in their fight. Jacob possesses the Key of Kilenya which allows them to travel between worlds and dimensions by creating links. Of course there are magical obstacles and beings in their path so their journey will be difficult. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to reading future books in the Mosaic series.
Wow this book is dark with a lot of twists and turns. You think things are looking up, then you're not sure what to think. It certainly keeps you guessing. The suspense is killing me. What's going to happen next?
