I understand this is her first book and she's got the right ideas But I did not expect such a cheap book. I am wishing her luck if she puts out another book....I would suggest to use better paper, smaller font, put the whole recipe on one page instead of carrying it onto another page without dividing into paragraphs and add pictures so people can see what some of the meals are supposed to look like when complete. If I had known what this actually looked like, I would think twice before spending the money. I collect cookbooks and this was the most frustrating one I ever bought. Good luck with next one.

I thought I was alll set with Treasured Polish Recipes for Americans, but when I saw the cover of this book I knew that I could use some more inspiration for making my pierogies better - especially in time for Easter! This book explains everything from how to cut/stuff/seal to how to freeze pierogies.
