I love reading about finance. ESPECIALLY since my parents didn't really teach me and school sure as heck didn't have core classes regarding the important things like finance. I picked up this book because it was in a FREE bin on the street and I was very excited to dive in. I'm beginning to read it now and of course compare it to other very helpful books I've read on the subject. Unfortunately, I am proceeding with CAUTION because one of the first things that Eric Tyson does is discredit  Suze Orman, someone who writes and AMAZING book and who completely turned my life around with her advice. It was very random and just so off the mark, I'm not sure if I want to trust anything else he says. I'm guessing that whole section devoted to her demise was a business thing. But I must say it's a total turnoff.

Let me tell you being a dummy with money to invest is difficult! But now thanks to this book investing has been made easy for idiots like me. I am not what most peopole would think of as a smart man; in fact most folks consider me downright moronic. So as you might imagine Investing is something often overlooked in being advertised to persons like myself. We're considered to be two dumb to have made any money. Yet investing is not just for those with ablity to create wealth, it is a sphere for all those who were born into wealth aswell. Kudos to the authors of this book for not negleting the Dummies!
