The other previous book excellent, I feel guilty that it was free. I am anxious to massage the data about prison populations.
The current book is also very good. The author has presented some ideas that I consider "an unfortunate truth." I quote, 1) nature cannot take unrestricted population growth and 2) contreception is the cheapest way to control climate change. My congratulations to the author.

Terrific story, a real page turner! I enjoy Randall Wood's style of writing. I couldn't put it down. I will definitely read his other books.

Great plot, well constructed, and well written! Lots of action but also lots of intrigue. Great book and series!

Clever plot keeps you engaged. The characters are simple and predictable. A good beach or commute read that can be easily picked up and resumed when interrupted.

Plot plays out in predictable fashion, but the characters and fast pace will keep you entertained.

This is the second in the series. Normally new authors take a couple hundred more pages than needed to drive the story and while I'm sure there are a few paragraphs that could be prune, it didn't lag. Plus, the premise is scary as heck since it is such a realistic scenario (with a few shades of conspiracy theories to push the story).
