I love this cookbook! If you're on a low carb diet and you're tired of eating meat with a side of meat, you'll find this cookbook adds the variety you're craving. I've sent a copy to my daughter, my son, my sister and my brother.
There are some really good recipes and pretty pictures in this cookbook. I've already made 4 things from it and loved every one of them. Pork Diane and artichokes with proscuito as well as herb stuffed chicken and garlicky mushrooms. Some of these items involve a little more work (stuffed chicken) and some almost no effort at all (garlicky mushrooms). Making special meals has made low carbing that much easier by giving me something to look forward to. Also everything is sort of fresh and basic. I love creamy stuff, but it's nice to make food that even Atkins detractors would approve of.
