I'm really enjoying this series by Marquita Valentine! Big Talking Man is the second book in her Kings of Castle Beach series and definitely worth reading. Tate Prescott new the minute he let Quinn push him away he had made the biggest mistake ever, but now he was back in town and was going to do everything in his power to prove to her that they were worth fighting for. Nothing she said or did could push him away a second time and he was demanding Quinn to give him thirty days to make their relationship work. I'm definitely looking forward to reading more stories in this wonderful series! I was given an ARC from the author/publisher. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.

Tate and Quinn's story pulled me in from the very beginning and didn't let go until the very end. It had emotion, heart, and heat! Big Talking Man was book 2 in the Kings of Castle Book series, and although I did read book 1, you won't have any trouble understanding and following the story line if you do start with this one. But come ON, let's be honest, it's totally worth it to read book 1 first! :) This book was well developed and very enjoyable. Definitely recommend this along with all of Marquita Valentine's books!

This is the second book in the Kings Of Castle Beach series, and while I did already have the first book on my to-be-read list, I did not get to read it before I picked up Big Talking Man. I intend to read Picture Perfect Lie – the first story within this series as soon as possible, as this was a pleasure to read. I do not feel that I struggled with understanding the characters or story-line due to reading Big Talking Man without reading Picture Perfect Lie first but I do think it may be even more enjoyable to read this series in the correct order. Marquita Valentine really has managed to pack so much into this relatively quick read. There was sadness, happiness, humour and passion all mixed up in the relationship between Tate and Quinn and these feelings and the accompanying thoughts leap off of the page in this wonderfully written story. The whole book flows beautifully and each development within the story feels like a natural progression. The King family, Tate and the other more prominent personalities are incredibly well developed and it feels like Marquita Valentine knows her characters well. I will definitely be following this series closely and look forward to reading more work from this hugely talented author. Thanks to Marquita Valentine and Social Butterfly PR for granting me a review copy of Big Talking Man. #2 in the Kings of Castle Beach series. This is my honest review.

I really love this series and the king family. The beginning just breaks my heart for the whole family. This is the second book in the series. It's about second chances. Tate and Quinn have kept the truth about their relationship a secret and four months ago everything came crashing down. Now Tate is back to reunite with his wife and prove they have what it takes for forever. It's not going to easy because they have many hurdles to overcome to make it work. Tate is not going down without a fight this time. Can Quinn grab a hold of her HEA even though the guilt of their marriage night haunts her. This book has the great combination of heat, heart and humor. I'm always left eagerly awaiting the next book in the series.

I love the world Marquita Valentine created in her latest series Kings of Castle Beach. Big Talking Man is book two in this series and I couldn't get enough of it. I burned through the pages to see what was going to happen net. Who doesn't love secret marriages, women who are confident and full of sass and men who are just as spectacular? Marquita Valentine made my heart swoon, race and nearly combust. The best part about this book is that Marquita has intricately woven multiple storylines into this amazing book and I know that the world she has created is nowhere near coming to an end. I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next!

WOW!! I was blown away reading Big Talking Man by Marquita Valentine, book two in her The Kings of Castle Beach series. On the day of her brother, Laird’s disappearance at sea, Quinn King marries Tate Prescott, her first love, biggest secret, and her older brother’s best friend. Feeling guilty for not going with Laird, and maybe saving him or drowning herself, Quinn has shut down and shut out Tate. When Tate, a Hollywood Superstar and movie director, had to return home to LA, Quinn believes he’s deserted her when she needed him more than ever. After four months absence Tate returns demanding that Quinn give him thirty days to make their relationship work prove they did not make a mistake. Biggest problem for Quinn is that she still wants him, still loves him, but is unsure if she can forgive him for abandoning her. This was quite the emotional story, a variety of reasons for its ups and down. We are shown another side to Quinn than we saw in book one. Quinn has an artistic side to her, not just being a hair stylist. She gave up going to art school to stay home with her family. Being the only girl, Quinn plays a number of peace keeping roles. Tate truly knows and understands Quinn, more than anyone in her family. These two soul mates need to compromise and communicate in order to make their marriage succeed and share the love they have for each other. Ms. Valentine wrote an amazing and moving story that is definitely not to be missed. It had me laughing, crying and everything in between. This story is filled with sexual chemistry, fun dialogue, and endearing characters. I highly recommend this book to other readers and look forward to the next book in this series. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Tate Prescott is a Big Talking Man when it comes to his wife, Quinn King, who told him to leave her alone almost immediately after they were married when her baby brother was lost at sea and she felt she was responsible. The dumba$$ listened to her and left her alone for four months but he is now back in town and he has come back for his wife, although she may not want to be woo'd back and comes at him with divorce papers. Those are not easy to get in North Carolina so she had to do some fast talking but he is not signing...These two have some hurdles to get over but it was fun to watch the groveling and making up and even the backsliding and making up again. This family has their drama but in the end they are are big and messy family. I cannot wait for the next sibling to get their HEA! This can be read as a standalone and you will not be lost but the first book in this series was better than this one so I recommend you read that one too! **Received this ARC for review**

4.5 Big Talking stars. Big Talking Man is the second book in the ‘Kings of Castle Beach’ by Marquita Valentine. We meet Quinn and the rest of her family in book 1, and got to know them a little bit but now it’s her turn to have the spotlight shining down on her. After the trials and tribulations that Knight went through getting his HEA it was obvious that Quinn wasn’t about to have it easy either, and she certainly didn’t. Owning the town salon, lets her in on a lot of secrets but who knows about the ones she has? Only the guy she shares them with. Tate Prescott grew up alongside Quinn’s family, he’s Barron’s best friend and close to everyone else. So close to Quinn that they secretly dated and then married without telling anyone. Tate is a Hollywood producer and didn’t want Quinn to be mangled by the paparazzi. But, Quinn’s secrets and the guilt she carries for some made them both make some bad decisions and Tate left. Now he’s back, determined to win Quinn’s heart for good and in public this time. I liked Quinn but I didn’t love her as much as I wanted to. She let the drama get inside her head a bit too much, for good reason, but even so, she could have handled some of it better. Tate? That man was something else, he knew he’d done wrong and wanted to fis things and Quinn kept pushing his away. But, he was stronger than she expected. He’ll win her over one way or the other. I have been waiting for this book and I wasn’t disappointed, Marquita has a way of always leaving me with a smile on my face and this definitely did the job. Now, I just have to wait for Barron and Wren’s book which is up next.

WOW!!! Marquita Valentine has done it again! I loved this book! So sweet, I freaking love the King family so hard!!! And Tate Prescott, P E R F E C T!!!! When Quinn lost her baby brother she kind of went off the rails and turned her back on the one man she depended on the most. Then, he took some bad advice and things spiraled from there. But Tate isn't willing to just throw their love away. Now he needs to convince Quinn to give him another chance! Will they find their way back to each other? Can Quinn finally quit trying to take care of everyone else and start taking care of herself? Dive in and get ready to shed some tears and laugh out loud. I did, and I LOVED it!!!

The wait is finally over – I’ve been dying to meet the man that made Quinn act like she does. This story shows us how pride and stubbornness can sometimes cause us to loss something or someone we love the most. The push and pull between Tate and Quinn was such a fun read. I loved Tate's resolve to make her his again and not to act on the attraction or his desire towards Quinn until she agreed to make their marriage whole again. My heart was breaking while I read how much guilt she was caring around. But that made my heart life up so much more to see her finally let go off the guilt and go after what she wants most and that was Tate. This family is struggling with a lot of problems and it's such a delight read to see how everything and everyone is coming or will come to find their HEA.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but that picture isn't always a beautiful one. How is it that Ms. Valentine can break a heart in one breath and piece it back together in the next? Tate and Quinn are love at it's purest and it's most heartbreaking. Brought together by love, torn apart part by grief and given a second chance by hope. Big Talking Man is a complicated story that thrives on an abundance of emotion. What once was pure becomes unbearable after tragedy enters the equation. Now it's up to these lovebirds to stay the course or go their separate ways. With a hint at another precious love and a devotion that quickly envelops Marquita Valentine continues to be a must have on my bookshelf.
