I don't usually enjoy books as a method of learning exercise techniques, but I have found this book to be so wonderful and user friendly. My copy is all dog-eared from being flipped through so many times and used for a huge variety of pilates workouts. Darcy's dancer background and body are really inspirational in using pilates to get in shape!
