This book is essentially apologetics defending Freemasonry against the outlandish lies thrown against it by so many evangelists and conspiracy theorists looking to make a book. As a Mason myself, I found this book to be intelligently written by John Robinson, and surprisingly accurate considering he wasn't a Mason when this book was written. I found only a couple of factual errors, and they were quite minor considering the normal dribble you get when speaking of Masonic works. This book is great for Masons looking for research based answers defending there craft, particularly if one has family members opposed to Freemasonry. My only regret is that Mr. Robinson is no longer alive, that I could write to him my appreciation for his brilliant work.

A very well written and informative book written by a then non-Mason. An excellent book for the individual who is interested in the truth about Freemasonry and not the hype that various religious groups have tied to Masonry. I would recommend it to any person who wants to know more about the Masons, or is considering joining the Fraternity.

This is a great book with much needed information to set the record straight. It explains a lot about freemasonry and exposes the lies of the so-called 'Chistian' Right. It is a great companion to a recently published book titled Real Prophecy Unveiled, by Joseph J. Adamson, which also exposes hypocrites and tells the truth about esoteric teachings, while explaining the real meaning of Bible prophecy. It is wonderful that books like these are finally explaining the real truth to us.

I thought this book was very informative about how the pilgrims use to live. I have always wanted to study these kids of things and this book gave me the chance. I like how the author made it so realalistic.
