Great continuation of gargoyles. It sometimes got a little deep with the dna analysis, but overall a page turner. Suspenseful.

What a freaking cliffhanger! This is the sequel to "Gargoyles" which is absolutely amazing, and this book is EVEN BETTER. Amoreena Daniels is back and coping well with the events of book one, and she agrees to join a mission trip to Mexico to take medical aid to the locals. But when they arrive, something isn't right, and Amoreena has no idea how entwined the current climate of Mexico is with her own tragic past. The action starts immediately and just builds and builds and builds all the way until an earth-shattering climax that left me gasping for air. I am DYING for the next book to know where they go from here. I could not recommend ALL of Alan's books more, but if you only choose one, it has to be the Resurrection series.
