This book was in a word - AMAZING! I have always been a fan of all of Leonard Goldberg's books, including his older Joanna Blalock series. This new series with Dr. Ballineau and nurse Carol Ross is fabulous. If you are a lover of medical dramas, do yourself a favor and get this book and the first one in the series, Patient One. This is a fast-paced medical drama - no doubt a one day read. The plot is fast moving, full of twists and turns. I loved it and certainly hope that Goldberg keeps writing.
