This is the easiest to use training book I have ever read. It is ideal for the young athlete or recreational coach who is looking to help his/her athletes 'get a leg up' on the competition.

It was the end of my last class and i was walking to my best friend's Kiri's locker. When i saw her, i ran up to her. "Kiriana Daniellese.", i scolded jokingly. "You should have been on the bus this morning. I had to sit next to this annoying boy, and its your fault." As she laughed, i heard a voice behind me say,"Annoying? I saved your life." I whirled around to find Ro standing there. "Are you stalking me?", i asked. He put on an innocent face and said,"Why would i be?" I sighed and said,"You seem to show up in every place im in. Now go." I pushed on his chest to get him to go away, but then i noticed Kiri staring at us, her mouth agape. I turned Ro around and pushed him towards the door leading to the bus loops. He snickered silently as he walked out. Then i turned back to Kiri. She was still staring at me, but had managed to close her mouth before she started drooling. "WHAT!!", i snapped. She suddenly grinned and said,"And i thought you said youd rather die than be caught flirting with a boy because of your horrible breakup with Nick." I flushed and said,"I was NOT flirting." She laughed at my embarrasment, then her face turned serious. "What happened to your face? It was Kayla, wasnt it?" I nodded. Kiri sighed and said,"First it was just teasing and embarrasment. Now violence. What is up with her? She shouldnt have hurt you. That boy said he saved you. Is that true?" I sighed and said,"Yes. I still think hes annoying though." She laughed and pointed at her shirt. "Guess which super hero." I didnt know anything about super heroes. So i took a wild guess. Ummm... Green Lantern?" Her face lit up and she said,"Yes! You got it right! Now lets go to the bus." So we walked out and down the bus loop, her telling me all about Green Lantern, and me telling her all about the latest trends in music.
