Reviewed by Faridah Nassozi for Readers' Favorite Poetry of the Archangels is a collection of poems from 10 archangels as transcribed by gifted psychic Beryl Broekman. The poems are not authored by Beryl Broekman but instead by the different angels as mentioned in the book. Beryl is simply the transcriber of the words of these angels. She records the insightful poems full of messages of wisdom and inspiration from her interaction with the different archangels. The messages in the poems range from love, self-restraint, protection, healing, peace, joy and many more. For each angel, Beryl Broekman begins with a brief description of the angel and the energy the angel carries, helping one to know the angel better, before going ahead to deliver the detailed message from that particular angel, with soothing poetic words direct from the angel itself. Reading these poems is intended to bring you closer to the particular angel that authored that poem while you enjoy the enlightening wisdom of their words.  Poetry of the Archangels by Beryl Broekman is the work of a gifted psychic and energetic healer with the ability to communicate with beings from another realm. She uses her unique talent to communicate with the archangels. Beryl Broekman's description of the angels is simply enchanting and enables you to picture these magical beings floating up above. Each poem is so different from that of the previous and the next angel, further emphasizing the fact that this is the work of different beings. Reading these poems is surreal, soothing, inspirational, enchanting and hypnotizing. The book is intended for any and everyone who wants to benefit from these insights from above, irrespective of religious beliefs. The poems in Poetry of the Archangels are truly intriguing and any open-minded reader will find them very interesting.

Reviewed by Mamta Madhavan for Readers' Favorite Poetry of the Archangels: Book 1 The MysticStoryteller Series by Beryl Broekman is an insightful collection of poems that revolve around the ten archangels who help us in all situations when called by persons with a pure heart. The poems take readers into a mystical realm and the descriptions about the archangels before the poems help readers get to know more about these angels. The poems reiterate the belief of angels helping us during adverse situations in life, guiding us to create a joyful life. The insights about these archangels - Gabriel, Michael, Raphael, Jophiel, Raziel, Uriel, Samuel, Matthew, Muriel and Lucifer - help readers look at the grace and blessings showered on us by the spiritual realm in a different light. The introduction and the energy reading about each archangel gives more clarity to the poems that follow. The book will fascinate all readers who are interested to know about the human energy field and the angelic realm. Each poem has its own charm and spiritual vibration that make it unique. The poems give readers profound details about the existence of angels which we tend to doubt, and make readers feel their proximity even more. I found the collection mystical and fascinating. It gives readers the faith and belief that they are always protected and guided during bad times in life. The colors, nuances and details in the poems make for an exquisite collection that transcends all barriers of religion. The author's words will surely make readers feel close to these archangels.

Reviewed by Valerie Rouse for Readers' Favorite Poetry of the Archangels is a thought-provoking collection of poems based on ten archangels. The angels reveal their true intentions as servants of God.  They emphatically state that they are no-nonsense beings who are placed on this earth to assist those in need. Most persons would be familiar with the name Gabriel as an angel. Other angels like Jophiel and Raziel are not as popular. The angels have peculiar characteristics similar to human beings.  For example, Uriel is an angel of light and warmth. This angel also inspires the thought patterns of humans. Author Beryl Broekman reveals that each angel has a specific role in the angelic realm, even Lucifer! Even though most persons cannot see these archangels, the author suggests that you can be sensitized to their presence in this world. For sure, they will be around in the world you can only access after death. Poetry of the Archangels is a unique book. When I began to read it, I was awestruck that author Beryl Broekman could commune with the angels. I felt a bit jealous as well. Why her and not me? The language used is formal which reflects the divinity of the archangels. The format is structured in that each chapter has an energy reading plus the essence of the individual angel’s message to the populace. The descriptive detail of each angel is vivid and totally unexpected. I never thought of an angel as being down to earth or having personal preferences. This in itself creates a sense of wonder and intrigue. On reflection, you ask yourself if a particular angel could have been influencing you at a precise moment. The author truly piqued my interest. I believe that this book can influence its readers to conduct more research into angelic beings. It is an educational gem.

Reviewed by Janelle Alex, Ph.D. for Readers' Favorite Many people are deeply curious about the archangels. They want to know what the highly regarded archangels would say if they could speak to them. Beryl Broekman has attempted to answer those questions by channeling ten of the archangels and transcribing their messages through energy readings and poetry in Poetry of the Archangels: Book 1 The MysticStoryteller Series. There is a brief overview of the characteristics and purpose of each of these archangels, followed by the energy reading that the author, Broekman, channeled and transcribed into the pages of this book. After the energy reading, Broekman goes a step further and shares a message from each archangel in the form of a poem.  Poetry of the Archangels moves through a series of archangels from Gabriel to Raphael to Lucifer. I found the poetry flowed gracefully from poem to poem and verse to verse.  I believe Broekman did a fine job channeling the information that came through from the spiritual realm. However, I must question the clarity of these messages. No matter how hard anyone tries to leave out his or her own ego and set aside his or her own filters, channeled messages from angels, spirit guides, ancestors, etc. must be accepted with caution. Expecting Broekman’s channeled messages in Poetry of the Archangels to be absolute answers is not a wise expectation. Poetry is meant to be open for personal interpretation, and the channeled poems of the archangels are no different. Take what makes sense to you and leave the rest behind.

Reviewed by Deepak Menon for Readers' Favorite Beryl Broekman is an outstanding author who describes herself as a “Transcriber” because she has the firm conviction that the thoughts she had about the meaning of the Christian Gospel were communicated to her by the angels. After reading her amazing book, I have to concede that she is quite possibly a gifted psychic and energetic healer, using her unique ability to actually transcribe readings from the energetic world she has described in this book. In Poetry of the Archangels, she has delivered messages of great import for people to learn from and live life without falling into the traps laid by the dark side of their perspectives. The book appears to be a small one, but the thoughts that arise in one's mind, even after reading only a few paragraphs, are like tomes of philosophy and will surely change perspectives and open out new horizons for the reader to explore.  Broekman proceeds to describe the traits of the Archangels one by one, starting with the Archangel Gabriel, who is described as the 'Messenger of God' and having no peer among equals. After the description, she places a wonderful poem transcribed by her from Gabriel, leaving one awestruck at the beauty of the poem which is a prayer, a psalm and a hymn simultaneously, and focused on giving people the strength to combat the travails of life and live in joy. Broekman follows up the chapter about Gabriel with chapters describing the differing traits, messages and special poetry of the remaining 9 Archangels through Michael with his sword, Raphael, Jophiel, Rejoice (Raziel), Uriel, Samuel, Matthew, Muriel and finally Lucifer whom she actually describes as a much misunderstood benevolent angel who does what he does so that 'Creation' can continue. This little book is too monumental for a reviewer to be able to do real justice in such few words, except to recommend it as essential reading and congratulate Beryl Broekman with five glowing stars in the firmament.

Reviewed by Katelyn Hensel for Readers' Favorite Poetry of the Archangels by Beryl Broekman is the first book of the Mystic Storyteller Series. In the introduction, Beryl introduces us to the concept that the angels have used her to speak to us. They are directing their energies to our world and Beryl has created this book for our enjoyment and so that people might benefit from the insights.  I found the descriptions of each angel to be pretty interesting. Having grown up in a Catholic household, many of the names were familiar and this text shed a new light on how they "wished" me to view them. Each section seemed to end with an "Energy Reading," rather prayer-like in nature, and usually with a good message that helped to sum up the chapter. While I am not a believer in any particular faith, I still found this book interesting. Since it is deeply spiritual in nature but lacking any sort of "preaching" quality to it, I found the book to be a thought-provoking pastime. Perhaps others with more faith than I will find true meaning and insight from the various ideas brought up by Beryl Broekman. Poetry of the Archangels is certainly a fascinating read.
