This book is one of the best I've read in a long time. Zoe who is telling the story has some what of a dificult life from what I,ve read and she certanly has a lot of things going on in her life and her friends are also some what difficult but by the end of the book I think Zoe takes control of her life.

it was not bad, but not great. like said before, not for guys! thats a major. it has some teen content in it so not for small children. when i was about 8 i tried reading this but got bored of it. now im 13 and love it!!! it all depends on the age...

This is one of the best books I've ever read next to 'Ella Enchanted'. I can't wait for Rachel Vail to make the 7th book. I've read all of them so far, but 'Popularity Contest' is my fave!!! Zoe is the character in the book and she is really cool her life is intense! Well the book is about 4 seventh grade girls going through the tough times of their life. I can be for boys or girls, but I highly recommend this for girls. Boys will be bored with it. Buy it and start reading!!!

Popularity contest, is one of the best books. It seems very real. It's not so often that you read a book about an everyday girl who is having boy truoble and trouble with her friends. It's gret!!

Even if you haven't read the rest of the series yet, I think you should still read this book. It is the perfect book for a girl who has a crush on a boy.

This was a really great book. I liked it more than Olivia's story (What are Friends For, by Rachel Vail) because Zoe is a much more interesting character. You'll enjoy this book a lot.

'Popularity Contest' was a fantastic book. If you are a middle school girl, I think you should read this book. It covers a lot of good stuff that we girls care about. I wouldn't sugget to you middle school guys to read it, because it covers mainly girl things. The title is great for this book, it's what the whole story is basically about.
