lots of good information, simple, articulate author, very motivational, from the heart. how could you not love this book? i sure did and it looks like most people who reviewed it did too. a keeper, indeed!

this book is just fantastic. it's simple to read, fun and the advice given is the best i've seen of any fitness book. it hit me on a deep level and motivated me to exercise and the practical advice showed me how to act on that new motivation! it's got a nice mix of inspirational and practical advice and the conversational tone makes it really easy to follow the author's advice. i love this book and wish i could give it SIX STARS. just read it and you'll see. it's very special.

This book offers 100 strategies on fitness, health, motivation, weight loss, nutrition, performance and more. This book is fresh, it's fun and most of all it really, really works. I have decided to train for my first marathon because of this book and the tips are changing my performance and my life. If it can motivate me, it will motivate anyone! I rate this book a '10.' Hats off to the author.

I received this as a gift for Father's Day -- and it was the best gift I received! I began the book at 4pm and read until midnight. It is filled with good information on health and fitness and it inspired me to begin training for my first 10k run event. This book is unlike any other you've read. It's fresh, it cuts through the BS, it inspires and it's right on the money. Kudos to the author!

I've been exercising seriously for over 20 years. I had the opportunity to read Mr. Harr's first book which was superb. I've also seen him training here in the Bay Area. He's a rare combination. He walks the walk of high-level fitness and he can break down his advanced concepts for all of us to use. I've met him at races. He's very, very charismatic and effective at motivating people. I really believe this kid is destined for greatness.
