Is it your turn to lead? We need our leaders. Whether it is in a corporation, government or community, great leaders do not just do the job - they create a better future. These are leaders who have learned the long-term value of influence rather than control as a leadership model. Grant D. Fairley is an executive coach and seminar speaker who takes the reader through the big ideas of being an influential leader. Working with major corporations, governments, educators and community groups, Grant guides those individuals and teams where conflict is destroying the workplace to a fresh start. Through a better understanding of self and those they serve, leaders and teams are renewed. Individuals are encouraged to see their story in a different way. The result is effective leadership and productive teams who take on the challenges they face with energy and commitment. Positive Influence - How to Lead Your World is for those who are new to leadership and is a refresher for experienced leaders as well.
