Usama Dar has over 10 years of extensive experience with PostgreSQL. He currently works at Huawei European Research Center's Database and System Software group, where he spends his time researching and improving PostgreSQL and other databases and operating system software. He was previously employed at EnterpriseDB, where he had worked on various PostgreSQL improvements as well as developer tools.
