Most recipes were just okay, nothing special. Many seemed to contain the same ingredients, but in different amounts. Both standard and metric measures are included, except every now and then only the metric amount is listed. For those who don't know how much is 250 grams (it's 1 cup), how would they know how much of a given ingredient to use? It's listed that way in at least one recipe while not in others. Also, what is the equivalent "of a small handful"? Whose hand are we talking about? Kind of confusing. Little things like these are important to me. While a couple of the recipes sound interesting, many do not. I am glad the book was free as I would have been very disappointed if I had paid for it.
