I have worked in the health and fitness inddustry for almost 20 years and I know that achieving a healthy lifestyle entails far more than just "a diet" and "lots and lots of exercise". There are many components to achieving a healthy lifestyle and Paula, with her years of experience and expertise, does a great job in covering all these components in her book "The Power of 4". In Paula's book, she not only defines these components, but explains each one and gives you "THE WHY". "THE WHY" is so important because it gives depth and meaning to setting our goals.
