About the Author

Iris Cooke was born in Imperial, PA, the eighth child of 11 children. She was raised in poverty and exposed to abuse but overcame these to be a Yale graduate with multiple degrees. Iris also has been an award-winning software engineer and an award-winning artist. She became a writer in 2006, and her first book, The Little Black Book of Child Sex Slavery, rose to #1 in the category of Slavery on amazon.co.uk for five months beginning in February, 2013. Iris continues to write and teach in the community.
