Great sketches, ONE OF A KIND. detail on specific species of dragon and dragons themselves. I loved it. at the beginning it describes dragon anonymity, then it tells about dragons in combat, next the author tells you of the dragon language, then she tells you of the stages of the dragons life, then last but not least Lisa Trumbauer tells you of each species of dragons. I highly recommend this book for all those who love Dragons!!!

My grandson is 7 and I read this book aloud to him. He loved every minute of it and requested a blue dragon cake for his birthday. The creativity and the humor of the author is amazing. He particularly wanted to discuss the lair of each dragon. The bronze dragon that can blind you with fog was another favorite. Great read.
