I've was project manager during the last 25 years and always use the best tools to support my role and responsibilities. One of the IT tools that I most use is Microsoft Project (family complete) and I try to enhance my competencies of its use by reading specialized books that describe how to apply all features in a real world. After several months of I am searching the right book, I found it. "Practical Project Management with Microsoft Project 2016" by Bonnie Biafore with the contribution of John Riopel. This is a great book for project management professionals that require a handbook of Microsoft Project during their real activities as project managers. Bonnie Biafore is an excellent writer because understand how to Microsoft Project supports the day to day of project managers but she can write this in a simple language and in a powerful fresh style. I applied all tips recommended by Bonnie Biafore in her book and these were very effective in my process of performance enhance of Microsoft Project.
