More than thirty-five individuals, all who met Padre Pio, were interviewed for this first edition book. The author and her husband, Deacon Ron Allen, have traveled to many parts of the United States in order to record the personal testimonies of Padre Pio's friends from near and far.

For anyone who loves Padre Pio - I bought this book and the second one to give as a gift to my mom who prays to Padre Pio - I did read through a couple chapters of this book and it's so good - really inspiring for those that believe in him.
