My prayer life is constant - but sometimes I miss God's answers because I have not documented my prayers. I love how Debbie Taylor Williams' prayer journal is a tool of prayer intentionality, encouragement, and reflection . If you are like me and need to be a bit more deliberate in your prayer life you will want this journal.
This prayer journal is beautiful! I love the blue and teal cover. I also love that there are three different formats in this one journal: a monthly view, a weekly view, and a notes section. You can use the journal's "Month in a Glance" Feature to pray over events that are coming up in the month or to record birthdays or special events or whatever. You can use the "Week at a Glance" section to write names of people or things you pray for regularly. Finally, you can use the lined section to write out prayers, journal, leave notes, write gratitude lists, etc. This journal offers a lot of flexibility in its use so it should meet the needs of a variety of prayer journalers :) After reading a few of the negative reviews, I was confused because they didn't seem to match the book I received. The negative reviews talked about dark boxes, but these reviews must have been based on an older edition of the book. The newest edition is BEAUTIFUL! The spaces to write prayer requests are white, so there is absolutely no trouble seeing your writing. If you're looking for a new prayer journal, this is a great one to pick up!
