Overview

Praying for Our Adult Sons and Daughters: Placing Them in the Heart of God by John Boucher

No one ever stops being a mom or a dad. So when our children become adults, we still worry about them—and want to care for them. One way we can still care for them is to lift them up in prayer. When we do so, God's love for them—and for us—is unleashed. We are able to replace our concern with a love that comes from the heart of God. Our Father moves mountains of worry and discouragement, leaving new refreshment and delight in its place. This book is designed for parents who want to pray for their adult sons and daughters with the kind of power that makes a real difference in matters of the heart.

Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend for all parents of adult children but will especially resonate with parents whose children or grandchildren are struggling with any serious life issues including but not limited to divorce, addiction, prison, job loss, loss of faith, or health concerns.

The font size is fixed around 4 point. I tried to increase the letter size on my nook but it didn't change. I then tried to read it in from the mini Ipad via the Nook application and still couldn't expand the page. However, when I open the book on my desk top monitor screen then it is legible with side-by-side page. I don't really want to sit at my desktop to finish this book ~~
