I've found that the program is easy to follow and I have had no problems sticking with it because I'm not cutting out all the foods that I love...like chocolate and cookies. I simply tailor my food consumption to my level of physical activity. For example, If I have a fast food breakfast sandwich in the morning, and I know I'll be busy all day and unable to do exercise, I¿m not going to have takeout fast-food for Lunch and Dinner. Instead, I will pack a healthy lunch, for example, soup and a healthy wrap. Then I will have a healthy light dinner. The plan allows me to eat the 'not so healthy foods' that other programs forbid. I know I can't have cookies and cake everyday. But I usually don't do that anyway. Eating according to your physical activity and making adjustments on a meal-to-meal basis makes perfect sense to me. As far as I'm concerned this is the best book out there.
