Prespacetime Journal ("PSTJ," http://www.prespacetime.com) is a publication in which physicists, mathematicians and other learned scholars publish their research results and express their views on the origin, nature and mechanism of spacetime and its possible connection to a prespacetime. It is also a journal where all learned scholars can present their models and experimental results on elemental particles, fundamental forces including gravity and related topics. This is PSTJ Volume 2 Issue 4 first published in April 2011. It is entitled "New Perspectives on Reality" and contains following articles: (1) Physical Foundation of the Theory of Fields: The Theory of Informatons; (2) Higgs-Free Symmetry Breaking from Critical Behavior near Dimension Four; (3) FRW Cosmological Models in a Saez-Ballester's Scalar-tensor Theory of Gravitation; (4) The Experiential Basis of Wave-Particle Duality and the Uncertainty Principle; (5) Nonlinear Theory of Elementary Particles Part IX: Physical Vacuum and Its Effect on Elementary Particles and Their Interactions; (6) Microscopes and Telescopes for Theoretical Physics: How Rich Locally and Large Globally Is the Geometric Straight Line?; (7) Quanta Mathematica Instrumentalis! (8) Some Comments Inspired by Dainis Zeps' Quanta Mathematica Instrumentalis; and (9) LHC Update: LHC Takes Hadron Collider Luminosity Record.
