This is a great story! Princess Mariana speaks English and Spanish, and the Spanish words become key terms that are translated to teach the readers simple little words like water and trash. She is a Latino Princess, which we don't normally see, so it's great for little girls who don't see themselves as princesses. Can't wait for more stories with Princess Mariana and her friends Princess Ten Ten, Princess Terra, and Princess Vinnea!
