This book stands conventional business logic on its head and says that you can succeed as a moral, ethical business that values relationships with customers, suppliers, employees--even competitors. He shows dozens of examples of well-known companies like Saturn and Johnson & Johnson, as well as many less familiar organizations. The book is compact, easy to read, and powerful in its simplicity and wisdom. It shows how even fierce competitors like IBM and Apple, or FedEx and the USPS, have achieved breakthroughs by cooperating. If you always thought 'nice guys finish last,' this book is bound to change your thinking.
