A tour de force: authoritative, perceptive, engaging.

Delivers great value for anyone interested in cutting through the mumbo jumbo and gaining a grasp of what really makes web sites succeed, or not.

Thoroughly, and pertinently, illustrated, it shows the what and why of smart development and design. And the text is surprisingly agile, crackling with insights.

Some of the old-timers on my reference shelf have had to hitch over for this one. Prioritizing Web Usability surpasses its own high standards of usefulness.
