Probability Chain tells the enticing story of Brian Dore, a young teenager whose life is turned upside down on the night his guardian is killed. On this same night, a mysterious note is left for Brian and it states that the police will arrive at his home in time. Another letter is also left at the hotel that Brian begins to stay at, along with a strange bottle of pills. Brian takes just one and a chain of events begins to unfold. This one pill sends Brian to a second reality, a world similar to our own and yet completely different. In this strange new universe he meets a girl named Raivine and is entangled in this world's complicated events. However, he is somehow pulled back to his own reality. It is soon revealed that the company Omega, which Brian has an internship with, knows quite a bit about the strange anomaly of being able to enter different realities and the company knows a lot more about Brian than he does himself. Brian is soon forced to return to this other world and joins the Resistance, a group set on restoring order and ending a war that should never have begun. The occurrences and events that will take place in this world will send Brian on a journey to understand himself and discover who he truly is.          Probability Chain was a great story that was filled with twists and turns. The Mystic was definitely a very interesting character that was introduced and was a a nice twist to the story. I truly loved the action, suspense, and mystery that surrounded Brian as he tried to figure out how to survive in a different world. The ending was something I didn't actually expect even as I guessed the identity  of the Mystic. Overall, it was an interesting story that many will enjoy.
