There are two classes of Fellows, Resident and non-resident, both elected by the Council on the nomination of any two Fellows the former pay an entrance-fee of £3, and an Annual Subscription of £2 the latter £1 ls. A year, and no entrance-fee. Resident Fellows can become Life Members on payment of £23, and Non Resident Fellows on payment Of £10. The former, after the pay ment of five or more annual subscriptions, may commute for the sum of £15.
