About the Author
Mark Adler is a versatile self-starter with deep experience on projects from corporate and commercial to feature films. He also works as a Technical Director with the DSO and is a member of IATSE. He is co-founder and Director of the Michigan Production Alliance a 501c6 trade organization through which he has taught seminars since 2003. In May of 2018 The Eclipse Award Board of Governors selected Mark Adler as the 2018 recipient of the Hyperion Award. This award is a fitting tribute to his contribution to the Detroit production community over the last 30-plus years, running a highly respected video tech company, VAIdigital. But beyond his personal success story are his efforts to grow the production industry not just on the East side of Michigan, but state wide.
