when I read the sample preview of the book I thought it was just an index of the topics to be covered, instead I was actually reading the entire book of only 57 pages! it is simply a list of topics, most of which have very sparse explanations. for example one page has a list of words such as octal, decimal, binary, and a few other things with no further connection to anything else in the book. there are a handfull of simple definitions that were probably put in the book to make it legally saleable ( but barely!!!). no circuits, programs, serious insights etc. If you buy this book you will be paying $49.95 too much! seriously B&N should pull this item from their site, it's a scam!!
