Pure Moods, Vol. 3

The latest installment of the popular Pure Moods compilation series proves that the sounds of relaxation and personal introspection are not just the provenance of new age stars. With contemplative tracks from artists as diverse as techno ace Moby, Anglo-Indian vocalist Sheila Chandra, classical crossover star Sarah Brightman, and electronic composer Ryuichi Sakamoto, Pure Moods III delivers a set with appeal to folks who wouldn't normally have anything to do with new age. Of course, stalwarts Yanni, Enya, Suzanne Ciani, and David Lanz are all on board. But the equally evocative contributions from Peter Gabriel and Enigma prove they're not the only ones on the path to aural enlightenment.

I know I said the original Pure Moods was one of my favorite relaxation cd staples...well this is the other one! Actually, I know all these melodies by heart since I've listened to them over and over for 9 years! So...This cd hits the highest mark, tied with the original Pure Moods CD. I was a little disappointed in the pure moods #4 cd and can't really remember much about cd #2 but this one is GREAT! (as good or better than the original pure moods cd!) See if you don't agree after sampling this great mood altering cd!

Almost as good as the original Pure moods. If you're ever stressed or just want to relax.....pop this bad boy in. It's all worth it.
