Overview

PURPLE BURT is an illustrated sci-fi fantasy comedy musical novel about an 11-year old purple boy named Burt who accidentally turns himself invisible and color-blind after being ridiculed at school. With the help of his family and kooky friends he searches for acceptance, as well as his famous inventor purple dad who disappears completely when Burt becomes invisible.

"This book is sure to be a book that goes down in the ages! I think this is because the author has put their emotions into a real life scenario and tugs at the reader's heartstrings.

In Purple Burt, a family of 4 members move to the town of Shalala and 3 of them are purple! Then at school the bullies (I forget the name of) bully Burt for his purple skin. His dad and famous inventor made the Hope Rope and it was supposed to help but it made him invisible and his dad disappear. You'll have to read to continue!

Reader you should read this book. If you like anything from sci-fi to comedy this is for you!"
