"Queen Gloria" is a fictional short story that I originally submitted as an assignment in a Short Story Writing Class at Pima Jr. College on November 5, 1975. Since I saved it for almost 45 years, I've decided to bring it to life. This story centers around a queen and a recent tragedy that really moves her into action. (Chase)
