This is the most pathetic thing I have ever read. Her "fave" thing to do in her free time is march in place? And she wants you to do that too. Tips like, exercise during commercials! Do jumping jacks in front of your closet while deciding what to wear (yes, she really says that).

Not exactly what I was expecting. And wish the exercises mentioned all had directions to perform them with pictures.
