About the Author

Evelyn Mundy (1951 - ????) maintained a full time job, while supplementing her income with a home-based word processing business simply known as Evelyn's Typing Service (DBA EMprints). In 1986, at the annual Secretary's Day Convention held at Springfield, Illinois, she received a John George Nicolay scholarship as recognition. (a prestigious award in her community, named after Abraham Lincoln's private secretary)

On Easter Sunday 1994, her husband of 23 years at the time experienced a severe base of the brain stroke at the age of 44. It left his entire right side along with his concentration, memory, cognitive skills and personality traits severely and permanently impaired. Needless to say, her life has changed dramatically! She has become very knowledgeable on heart problems, strokes, care giving, therapy, rehabilitation, attitude, faith, hope, patience...

I just finished reading this book, it is excellent. Don't hesitate, buy a copy. I couldn't put it down, it was such a true segment of life. I would give it more than 5 stars if possible.
