Who is El Cadejo? He is a legendary, mythical, surrealist dog that has existed for centuries in Central America, Southern Mexico, other parts of Latin America, and he continues to travel the world.
There is El Cadejo Negro and El Cadejo Blanco. They represent the eternal fight of good versus evil. El Cadejo is eternal. This book describes issues of Race, Politics, History, Culture, Colonization, Indigenous Culture, Surrealism, and COVID-19.
Throughout the novel, El Duende challenges his own father El Cadejo. El Duende develops the vaccine to prevent and cure COVID-19. El Duende is a ten-year-old, prodigy kid who came from a small rural village in El Salvador where he loved and admired the Flor de Izote and El Chipilin plants. His twin brother, El Cipitio, has already served as president of the United States and his mother became the first female Pope. She now lives in the Vatican where she makes Sopa de Chipilin and Flor de Izote con huevos revueltos.
El Cipitio book series includes The Lives and Times of El Cipitio Part 1, La Siguanaba and the Magical Loroco Part 2, and now Race Wars: El Cadejo Part 3. Completing a trilogy saga that includes the main characters of El Cipitio, El Duende, La Siguanaba, and El Cadejo. These books were written and are dedicated to celebrating Latin American culture and to keep our legacy to our indigenous origins, Afro-Latino ancestry, and to never forget nor deny our Mayan culture and folklore.
