Beauty is always something I thrive for! I love all those fun products and trying unique devices to get results I really want to see as claimed by the company. However, the easiest way to transform one's self is a healthy diet, and natural ingredients to repair and cause long term beautiful skin, hair, and nails! Signs of aging can be all due to poor health, from eating the wrong stuff and using chemicals that aren't meant for the body even though the product claims to help. The book that made me realized what I can do to repair and improve myself inside and out is called Radical Beauty by Deepak Chopra, M.D., and Kimberly Snyder, C.N., and let me say that it really is packed with everything you need to clean the body and bad habits that are aging us and making us look and feel horrible.You will learn so much on how to care for the body, making it glow naturally and feel like a whole new person! I honestly love the information on oils to use for the skin and recipes for the hair, it's very simple to create. In return of these lessons I learned inside for the best amount of sleep, nourishment and the right products to use, I feel I can now live a long healthy life without worrying about aging or feeling emotionally imbalance due to lack of sleep or eating the wrong foods. Finally, this is a wonderful book, very useful and a great one for those interested in keeping themselves youthful, mind and body!
