About the Author

Diana Stafford has worked with tens of thousands of young people from birth through age 18. She has developed and implemented state recognized programs for youth and has received local, state and national attention for her innovative programs. Diana has a Masters Degree in Clinical and Humanistic Psychology and is licensed as a masters level psychologist in the State of Michigan and has a Bachelors Degree in Family and Child Development with a specialty in Child Development.
Laura Niewoit has a passion for helping parents to see the joy in raising children through all stages of their lives. Laura and her husband, Dan, have been youth pastors and parents since 1998. Working with hundreds of teens has given her insight on child behavior and development. Laura has developed and overseen an afterschool program for 10 years at different community centers in southeast Michigan.
