Overview
EVERYONE is capable of raising successful children if "parenting" begins before the child is conceived. Parenting is a very serious endeavor and should be entered into with more planning and care than purchasing a property, opening a business, or embarking upon any venture that has longevity. Well behaved, happy, and well-mannered children do not result from genetic attributes.
