It was okay. Didn't really like it. Skipped over most of it to see what happened at the end. Lead characters didn't pull me in as a couple.

About all I could handle was about 75 pages. Will not be reading anymore of this author EVER!!

I just could not get into this book. The main characters were not that interesting and i did not feel their chemistry. It had a great storyline, but the writer failed to capture my attention. There was just too many characters in this book. And too many details that took the attention away from the main characters. It was like the writer was trying to sell you the other couples as well and it did not go smoothly. It made the book too boring and confusing.

The dialogue was a little difficult to comprehend in spots but the two main characters were unforgetable. CB

Well written story about Liam and Charlotte. Having never read any of the other books about this band and its members, found this engaging and totally honest. Loved it.

This is now my new favorite Julia Kent book!! Liam and Charlotte 's story is one that will rip you apart at the seams, but then put you back together. RAOH has your one liners, jokes, and roll on the floor funny scenes we expect from Julia. So, now I know two people to call for a good time!! Then she thrown us a curve ball by taking these two on a journey threw a tough topic. Thank you Julia for writing a story dealing with this difficult topic. Also, we get to visit with some of our favorite friends from past Random books!!

Heart Wrenching!! Complimentary Copy I have to say this one is my favorite in the series so far. You cannot get enough of Liam and Charlotte their story is so heart touching. You just want to pull them in a bubble and not let them out. Julia pulls out all the stops with this one, you’re going to laugh, cry and mad all at the same time. Grab a box of tissues and dive in but make sure you have the time to read it in one sitting because you’re not going to able to put this one down, trust me I stayed up till 3am to finish it. My heart was ripped out and shoved back in by this book! Great job Julia! Looking forward to the next!

I think Random Acts of Hope is the best book in the Random series.  Liam and Charlotte were so perfect for each other in their own quirky way.

Ms. Kent's genius is not in creating amazing new worlds; rather in showing us how amazing our own world can be. While this book, the rest of Ms. Kent's works, will make you laugh and make you smile; she also deals with a difficult life topic in this book, which is handled in a respectful, beautiful manner. Our favorite characters from the past return: mavis the chicken and the iPhone; while we also meet new friends Esme and something that slithers in the night. As for the two main characters in this book; what would you do if suddenly everything you ever thought was true about someone was completely wrong? With enough Hope can love prevail... It has been a great pleasure reading the Random series, and I can only hope that this is not the last we read of them.

Random Acts of Hope was amazing! It was funny, sexy, sad & tugged at your heart strings all in one. I do believe that it was the best Random Acts books to date. The way Julia Kent developed Charlotte & Liam's characters was perfect!  Julia Kent continues to amaze me with her awesome writing skills! I LOVE what's upstairs in her head! She is one awesome person!

Please read the series in order. Start with random acts of crazy. This is book 4 in the series. There was comedy and well developed characters with real feelings you can relate to. You will laugh a lot. You will shed tears of love, tears of joy, and of hope. Liam as akways loved Charlotte. They were friends before lovers. When Charlotte became pregnant their senior year, he knew it wasnt his. He was broken and devastated abd willing to "tap" anything to hide the pain. Where Charlotte was dealing with being dumped and then losing the baby. She was lost as to whys and used school and saling srx toys to hide her pain. But one random night changes everything when liam shows up to strip and an older woman feels him up. He turns to find his mom there and over her shoulder is his ex....Charlotte. all thing will come to the stage front as random acts of crazy takes stage. You are in for a good show. (Kristy dean)

I received this book as an advanced reader copy. I felt this book was a wonderful complement to the previous books in the series. It was very touching extremely emotional. It also had great insight into what women go through in life. My favorite parts were the funny one liners and inside jokes. Great job as always!!

GREAT !!! I have to say I think this is my favorite of all the series. Liam and Charlotte are great together and the story was different. Beautifully written by Julia. The story had a beginning, middle and end which I loved. No jumping from when they were young to now. Cant wait for the next in this series and hoping there is a next one. Was always nice to see all the other guys and girls again too

I received an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.  When I saw this book, I literally did a happy dance.  I have been waiting for it none too patiently, and I have to say the wait was sooooo worth it.  This fourth installment in the Random series has bad boy sex god of the band, Liam, running into his ex-girlfriend Charlotte, the only girl to ever break his heart.  Julia Kent gives us a front row seat for all the fireworks that ensue as this couple precariously tries to navigate their way back to each other.  The characters in this series are so well-rounded and real that you can’t help but become totally invested in their lives.  I was especially drawn in by Liam and Charlotte’s story; the way the pain of their past and hopes of the present are so totally interconnected.  You just can’t help but root for them though.  Although not as lighthearted as some of the other books in the series (though it definitely does have its moments), this is definitely one of the best books in the series.  If you’re looking for a book that will capture your interest as well as your heart, this is the book for you!
