The recipes are superb. Wonderfully easy to put together and you don't have to make or purchase a ton of condiments before you have a chance to play with them.

How is this the worst cookbook I have ever purchased? Let me count the ways... 1. Spelling mistakes. "Catchatory" really? 2. One recipe has a random person's name in the ingredient list. 3. Many recipes call for FROZEN store bought ravioli!!!!!! 4. for the recipes where you do make your own ravioli... each one has a different pasta recipe. Why not have one and use that for all recipes? 5. A random sauce for "lamb spirals".. but I can't find a recipe for lamb spirals anywhere else in the cookbook! 6. Each recipe lists the source for the recipe as the name of this cookbook itself. Um.. isn't that obvious? 7. No pictures, no order to the recipes... ok.. alphabetical.. but that doesn't really count. 8. A confusing index at the back of the book.
