This book covers over 40 different techniques for financing a real estate venture. This includes all types of real estate from single family homes to building a housing development. A must read for anyone interested in investing in real estate.
This is a great book to have on the shelf. He goes through countless numbers of examples and different types of creative financing strategies that are just great. Some of the examples require reading 2 or 3 time to get an understanding, but once you get it, it makes sense. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to invest in real estate.
I've gone through the entire Kiyosaki phase and was ready for more. Cummings delivers: from beginning to end, this book offers great advice and detailed methedologies concerning real estate investing. Not a book for those not familiar with real estate terminology and theory - If Kiyosaki is a light appetizer, this is meat & potatoes. Great book.
I borrowed this book from the library, read it completely, and am now buying it for my own reference. This a great book for people who are getting into the real estate game. It gets a little complicated when he starts throwing all the numbers into the examples but the basic concepts are great. It gives you new ways of looking at the finacial aspects of the deal and ways to make deals work that you would have never thought of. This is not one of those 'no money down' scams. It also gives you all the formulas you will need starting out.
