The Rocky Mountain News started the column "Recipe Please" in 1998 as a forum for readers to request their favorite restaurant recipes. The column was so popular that in 2004, Recipe Please, the cookbook, became a reality. Three printings, five years, and a few hundred "Recipe Please" columns later, it was clearly time for a new edition. This time around the author assembles not only new recipes from the more recent columns, but also some of those "don't miss" recipes from the first edition. In addition, Marty includes some of the recipes from local chefs that have become her personal favorites in her almost thirty years at the News.
