It is very easy to recommend a Balanced Diet – but extremely difficult to serve it up and get a preschooler to eat it.
Since I recommend Balanced Diets – I also thought I should recommend a diet chart that incorporates most nutrients on most days, does not get boring and consists of dishes that are easy to cook.
And that is my aim in writing this book.
Read my book “How to get your child to eat healthy food” for more tips on what to do.
