This is a phenomenal resource, not only for survivors themselves, but for their friends and loved ones. It offers a deep view of trauma, yet represented in a 'lighter' more digestible manner. You can read this book in any order. It's pocket sized, so you can take it with you anywhere. Issues around trauma, survivors, rape culture and others are becoming more prominent each day with the advent of social media. Everything is public now. This book comes at the right time and with the right message. It'll make you better, no matter what your experience is. This is a resource you can keep on visiting at any time and each time you open it, you'll find a new insight. Brilliant! Presented in such a new creative way.
