I love this series so much. I just can't get enough of Talia and Sebastian. You get to see them evolve as a couple from the first book and now with baby Joey, it's so much more intense. I'm sad that im finished with the book and wish there was more. Can't wait to read Calder and Cass's story. June is just too far away. I would also love to see Den, Elijah or any of the other BLACK security guys get their own story.

I discovered P.T. from her Brightest Kind of Darkness series. I love Sebastian and Talia in their love and growth from the first book to this one. I read this book in one evening I just couldn’t put it down. I love the fact that Talia is a strong female character and Sebastian loves that fact and wants to keep her that way. This book gave be the feels and was awesome to see family first!!Thank you again and I can’t wait for your next book!!!!

I love the In the Shadows series. I know it’s only been since May that Black Platinum was released but Reddest Black couldn’t come soon enough. Sebastian and Talia are a wonderful couple and I love their story. Talia is one of my favorite female characters. She’s a lovely combination of smart, witty, strong, compassionate, determined and protective. Talia is an alpha female and the perfect counterpart to Sebastian. Talia and Sebastian are expecting to have their new little bundle of joy any day now. Her best friend Cass decides to throw Talia a baby shower. Just as things get started Talia receives a phone call from the hospital. Someone dear to them has been badly injured. They find out that the person was attacked and it becomes a race against time to find the attacker before it strikes again. Can they solve the case before the little ones arrives?

Great installment in the series. Talia really comes into her own as an investigator and becomes a real member of the team. Sebastian is in ultra-alpha mode with mom and baby to protect. There's more mystery of course and plenty of steam.

The past has come a calling…. This is the seventh book from the In The Shadows series that can be read as a stand-alone, if you’ve followed the previous stories of Sebastian and Talia you’ll enjoy this one even more. With Sebastian extremely occupied integrating BLACK Security with Blake Industries Talia is trying to finish her book before she gives birth and is stuck on the where to take her character for the ending but she also finds herself dealing with the insecurities that being pregnant causes a woman. Not that she doesn’t trust Sebastian, her hormones are imbalanced. This couple is entering a new phase in their relationship, that of being parents which changes the dynamics, but for these two no matter what disagreements or out of whack hormones there might be love is very much apparent in even the minutest of interactions. They still find ways of surprising each other just when one needs it. A visit from a pastor stirs Talia’s investigative interests and then an attack on a family member sends Sebastian into super protective alpha mode with his men on high alert. Together as always this strong twosome work to foil another threat to their family. They’d thought their enemies had been defeated after the earlier takedown and arrests, the lull in the eye of the constant storms in their lives added to that belief but it wasn’t over, as Talia’s pregnancy progressed their enemies bided their time, planning a hideous revenge against the powerful couple right at a time of heightened distraction. Just when I thought that Talia and Sebastian’s story was over with Black Platinum I learned there’d be another book, this reader was thrilled to know there’d be more of these favorite characters. This couple is a most special pairing, when they met their attraction was undeniable and explosive but they had to fight their inner selves to come together, then they had to fight for their love against those who would tear them down, what they have means that much more for the battles they’ve waged to keep it. This was a wonderful addition to the series, an engaging action and suspense filled storyline with often amusing dialogue, it’s a heartwarming story with memorable characters whose love knows no bounds and conquers whatever darkness comes its way.

This is my favorite series. I came across the first book Mister Black by a chance and I’m so happy I did. I’ve read the whole series twice and loved this latest installment. P.T. Michelle did a wonderful job bringing Talia and Sebastian full circle with their story. The book had the right amount of passion, love, humor , friendship, family and edge that I’ve come to enjoy from this series. I can’t wait for Cass and Calder’s next book and hope in the future that there could be more books about Little Red and Mister Black.
