Just received(thank God)this cookbook so I could send it to a family member for Christmas. But I HAD to take a look inside first. Well, now I wish I had bought it for myself. The images are super beautiful and the recipes are EXACTLY what he claims, inexpensive, easy, simple and just plain nice. It is hands down my new fave cookbook, and I am a collector for many years. What is especially moving is the dedication and why he wrote this cookbook in the first place. One look at his pink chefs coat and you will know why. I really hope this man gets the recognition he deserves and the following as well. Good luck James and trust me when I tell you that the world is missing out on you buddy, The King of Comfort!!!!!!
